Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly reports for group reporting and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
* Maintain and monitor the fund and equity investments, including inflows, outflows, valuations, risk ratings, performance analysis and record maintenance.
* Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also generating new business.
* Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review with the Financial Manager, investigating any differences and taking corrective actions.
* Report monthly statistics to senior management and monitor key financial metrics.
* Enter budget and rolling forecast data into budget software.
* Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop P & L reports for analysis.
* Align budget information with department planning tools.
* Coordinate with different levels of management to support the annual budgeting process and prepare the annual budget package for the units.
* Perform financial modeling resulting in forecasting of revenue, expenses, headcounts, balance sheet and cash flows.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelors in finance or accounting.
* 1 to 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
* Prior work experience in healthcare sector preferred.
* Experience generating and communicating financial analysis.
* Strong financial acumen
