AGILE DELIVERY COORDINATOR

Agile Delivery Division

The role of an Agile Delivery Coordinator is about coordinating delivery in an
Agile world. It’s a combination of knowledge, expertise and the skills of a
Project Manager and a Scrum Master. This role was created to motivate, build
trust, ensure collaboration, facilitate the change, keep focus on the “DONE”
with some spell in between to get things delivered. Join our community of ‎120+

Requirements

‎2+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager

Combination of exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and
leadership skills

Outstanding planning and organisational skills

Ability to understand clients business needs and keep the team focused on
delivering value

Knowing and sharing Agile values and the variety of Agile frameworks

Readiness and ability to support and coach the team in Agile ways of working

Upper Intermediate / Advanced English level

Responsibilities

Ensure there is a clear understanding of clients expectations around delivery

Make sure there is the right environment for the team to succeed - scope-,
process-, tools- and skills-wise

Visualise teams progress to date and get relevant people in sync with the
forecasted delivery timelines, expectations and any changes to those

Remove obstacles and blockers

Act as a primary contact point for communicating with various stakeholders on
the client side

Establish a clear process around priorities to make sure team is delivering
value

Facilitate constant inspection and improvement of the WOW, ensure the
appropriate Agile delivery principles are embedded to the team's process

Ensure collaboration within the team and all involved parties

Help teams to self-organise

Increase transparency and trust

Commitment to consider business trips to client site if required
