For a very well-known International French Company located in Borg El Arab,
Alexandria, a " Product Design Quality Engineer" is urgently needed.
Requirements:
* Sound knowledge in Quality management.
* 3- 5 year experience in laboratory and/or R&D and/or production.
* Experience in using CAD software.
* Good English
Job Description:
* Working directly with the project leaders, all components suppliers involved in the project development phases.
* Validating the pre-production (Pilot Run Validation) before starting production.
* Reviewing return rates prepared by the After Sales Quality Department and putting in place appropriate corrective actions.
* Applying appropriate methods (FMECA, risk-analysis, intra-Group exchange of experience, resorting to external experts)
* Putting in place regular team meetings to perform regular quality control.
* Place joint action plans with the production plant and suppliers
* Maintain the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, by adapting the processes to keep up with evolution of standards.
