Chat Support Agent (Remote)

The Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Agent, you will have the following duties and
responsibilities:
* Respond to customers, identify customer issues, provide solutions, converse in a polite and professional manner, and perform data entry
* Respond to inbound customer inquiries
* Work with the customer in trying to find a solution to their problem
* Answer frequently asked questions and provide technical support assistance when needed
* Always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers
Skills and Requirements:
* ‎1+ years of experience in chat customer service and at least ‎3 years of general customer service
* Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once
* Written English grammar and spelling at a C1 level
* Outstanding communication skills are a must
* Empathy and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional
* Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
* Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
* Ability to type at least ‎40 WPM with ‎0 errors
* Ability to work independently researching information
* Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided
* Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!
