Our Opportunity
Based in Sydney, and reporting to the National Learning & Development Manager,
we are seeking a dynamic and suitably skilled Learning and Development
Advisor, who will be a pivotal part in the delivery of learning programs
across our National Fulton Hogan Business.
Your primary role will be to develop and enhance our people's learning
capabilities, through the delivery of a diverse range of learning and
development programs and tools. Ultimately, resulting in strengthening
capability to deliver 'good work' for our customers, safely, on time, and

Let's Connect
We are seeking an active champion and strong contributor with proven
experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or
related role. You will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or
Cert IV Training and Assessment. Innately, you will have effective
communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both
internal and external stakeholders. You will have familiarity with learning
management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools and are detail-oriented with
excellent organisational and project management skills. Finally, we are
seeking an individual who is agile and adaptable, and committed to fostering a
culture of learning and growth.
