We are seeking a talented and skilled Performance Management & Organisation
Development Specialist to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait.
Within the team, you will lead in managing and optimising our existing
performance management process, ensuring its alignment with organisational
goals and contributing to the overall enhancement of employee performance.
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
* Taking ownership of the existing performance management process, ensuring its efficiency, relevance, and alignment with organisational goals.
* Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers
* Collaborating with leadership to identify performance improvement opportunities ad develop strategies for continuous enhancement.
* Assessing organisational needs and leveraging the existing performance management framework to enhance employee engagement, productivity and satisfaction.
* Supporting HR leadership in designing and implementing organisation-wide development initiatives, including training programs, talent development, and succession planning.
* Working closely with HR leadership to drive organisational change aligned with strategic objectives.
* Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) within the existing performance management framework to measure success,
* Preparing and presenting regular reports to HR leadership and senior management on relevant metrics and trends.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
* Proven experience working in a similar role with at least four years of experience.
* A strong understanding of HR principles, performance management best practices, and organisation development strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to align performance management and organisation development initiatives with the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.
* Ability to navigate and lead through change, understanding the dynamics and impact on performance management and development processes.
* Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor performance management and organisation development initiatives within established timelines.
* Proven ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement measures to address performance gaps and organisational development needs.
