As a DST Field Specialist, you will be providing wellsite support and guidance
to our global customers. You will help to mentor and develop junior members of
the team by sharing your knowledge and insight. You will have the opportunity
to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest
technology.
As a DST Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on well-site activities under minimal supervision.
* Delivering the minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment.
* Acting as primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
* Providing a record of all assemblies as run at the well-site to the Customer and promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
* Executing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.
* Performing other related duties as required.
* Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes CoreValues.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have an educational level of Technical Diploma or Bachelor's at least
* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DST (Drill Stem Test)
* Have the ability to work and communicate well with others
* Demonstrate solid experience and knowledge of wireline technologies and fundamentals
