    Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Food
    and Beverage Manager for a job opportunity in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls
    within the Hospitality & Tourism industry and involves overseeing the food
    and beverage operations in a hospitality establishment. Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and profitable
    operation of the food and beverage department. Manage and coordinate all
    aspects of food and beverage service, including dining, bar, and banquet
    operations. Set and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness,
    and hygiene. Monitor and control costs, including food and beverage inventory,
    labor, and other operational expenses. Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled
    and motivated team of food and beverage staff. Develop menus, pricing, and
    promotional strategies to meet customer preferences and maximize revenue.
    Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing food and
    beverage offerings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food
    handling guidelines, and licensing requirements. Build and maintain positive
    relationships with guests, addressing their feedback and resolving any issues
    promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer
    preferences to drive continuous improvement.
    Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
    Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as
    a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge
    of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry best
    practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional
    customer service and communication abilities. Financial acumen to monitor
    budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability. Ability to handle
    multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology.
    Understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Fluency in English is
    required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
