Partner with the best
To be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include
repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or
other service request. Contributes to the development of an operational year
plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in
products, processes and procedures.
The main responsibilities are:
* Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support.
* Resolving post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the "level" of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
* Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
* Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
* Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have at least Bachelor's degree in Science with geology as a major or Engineering.
* Have minimum 15 years of experience in Mud Logging Services
* Have proven experience in Drilling Services and Surface Logging service
* Have Asset, Inventory & Vendors management background
* Have 2 years out of the 10 as an Operations Manager in High Pressure, High Temperature and H2S Environment
* Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Have an excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Have the ability to work independently.
* Have an exceptional problem solving skills.
