Female Receptionists | Umm Al Quwain

We are recruiting for two experienced female receptionists to join a brand new
facility opening in Umm Al Quwain in June ‎2022. This role is a full time
position with a basic salary, employment visa, medical insurance,
accommodation, annual flights, and paid leave.

Responsibilities:
* Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries;
* File and maintain records;
* Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
* Hear and resolve complaints from members and the public;
* Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments;
* Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents;
* Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents;
* Provide information about establishments such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided;
* Receive payment and record receipts for services;
* Transmit information or documents to customers using a computer, email, etc.
* Making sure all office supplies are in order
* Making sure all snacks and water are re-stocked
* Working with cleaning company to make sure facility is always clean
* Cleaning and tidying up after classes where applicable
* Working with facility and outside vendors on orders, deliveries, maintenance

Make promotional calls to prospects where needed

Communicating special offers and promotions

Qualifications and requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent;
* Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.
* Friendly,Energetic and Professional
* Arabic speaking preferred
