Overview
To manage CFI compliance agenda in plant in-line with QAS, food safety and
regulatory standards and ensure standardization of application of quality
standards/procedures and document control system across CFI sites with
diversified products and materials portfolio. Role is also to lead internal
consumer complaints management system. Work on the implementation and
maintenance of the Food Safety system and Sanitation agenda for providing safe
products to our consumers regarding national and global food safety
regulations and requirements with providing the required training.
Responsibilities
1. Consumer /customer complaints :
* Communicate with all relevant stakeholders including (call center, process owners, traders and consumers).
* Coordinate the investigations, follow up on action plans and subsequent data analysis and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.
* Prepare and deliver training to enhance PepsiCo employee 's awareness about relevant Quality Systems standards.

Document control:
* Create and update documents and owner of the Master Document Index, perform Document Hunt Audits and QAS and follow up on subsequent action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.

Product and Raw materials Traceability:
* Audit coding and traceability systems (R.M to FP and vice versa) and oversee the investigation and implementation of action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.

Product Recall System:
* Coordinate Mock Recall and actual recalls to ensure the completion within target time and oversee the investigation and implementation of action plans and report the results to all relevant stakeholders in adherence with all relevant standards and policies.
* QAS Audits:
Prepare the internal QAS audit comply with annual programs and audit plans,
* communicate and coordinate with certification bodies for the execution of external audits.
* Statistical Process Control (SPC):
* Own SPC process throughout the production processes by updating control limits, leading SPC data analysis team and follow up action plans to drive the Continuous Improvement of the various processes.
* Deviations (Hold & Release ):
* Lead the plant team on investigation in all quality related incidents to identify underlying root causes using root cause analysis techniques and follow up the generated action plans using the electronic deviation tracking system to ensure effective implementation.
* Ensure the implementation of "Prerequisite programmes (PRPs)"
* Increase food safety awareness inside the facility.
* Set annual food safety objectives.
* Improve and follow up on food safety plan.
* Responsibility for ensuring full compliance to all category ratings requirements of AIB
and global PepsiCo requirement.
* Verification and validation of HACCP plan.
* Ensure fully compliance to FSSC standard and conduct food safety audits where
required.
* Ensure fully compliance to NFSA standard and conduct food safety audits where
required.
* Ensure fully compliance to AIB standard and conduct food safety audits where
required.
* Organize PRPs training for site manager, internal and outsourcing employees.
* Follow up of actions raised from internal and external audits.
* Statute food safety work instructions.

Qualifications
Skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to facilitate interactions with the other functions.
* Excellent time management skills are necessary to manage conflicting priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
* S/he must have high quality skills, including attention to detail, investigative, troubleshooting and crisis decision making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment.
* Good Organizational skills.
* Degree in, Science, or agriculture.
* Have at least 1 years prior experience in a similar role.
* Very Good Knowledge of Quality Systems, food safety and Standards.
