* Responsibilities
* The Accounting Generalist is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services.
* Handle Income Audit section and Accounts Payable section.
* Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
* To be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
* The Accounting office structure may vary, and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
* Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Receivable, General Cashier etc.)
* Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* 2 to 5 years' experience in 5 star luxury hotels and resort within Finance Department.
* At least 1 to 2 years' experience with Capg emini or other similar Shared Service module of accounting function preferred .
* College Graduate (Accounting/Finance Preferable).
* Sun system Knowledge.
* Knowledge of working with outsourced finance is preferred.
* Residentail finance knowledge preferred.
