About the role
We are looking for outstanding Early Years, Primary and Secondary Teachers to
join us at GEMS World Academy, Abu Dhabi for September 2023. This is a

The successful applicant should have the following:
* A relevant degree qualification such as a BEd/MEd specializing in Early Years or a Bachelors/Masters in Childhood Studies and an internationally recognized teaching qualification (ex. PGCE, PGDE) or teaching license
* Minimum of 2 years' experience
* Familiarity with the IB and/or NCfE and GCSE frameworks and subjects is preferred
* A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure high performance for all
* Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families
* Professional commitment to becoming an High Performance Learning Global Lead Teacher
* A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
* Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
* The aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing your career
