Manages Diplomatic Post Office and Pouch (classified and unclassified)
operations for 400 Americans, Mission customers. Coordinates DPO
transportation and deliveries. Receives, prepares, and arranges transportation
of diplomatic pouches between airport, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Serves as regular
and special run Classified Pouch Escort. Responsible for handling petty cash
duties.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: One year of work experience in administrative field is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have a good knowledge of general logistics, office, and
mail technology and equipment operations and procedural requirements
pertaining to functions performed in the business or office environment.

Completion of High School.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluency speaking/reading/writing) English is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have a good working skills in Internet searches,
computer operations (Microsoft Office), and basic accounting procedures. Must
have the ability to understand Mission organizational structure. Must get UAE
driver's license within first six months. Must be able to obtain and maintain
DOS TS Clearance. Routine heavy lifting.
