Job Purpose
Assist with procedure processing. Assist with updating and reformatting Paper
Based Procedures and Electronic Procedures. Assist with procurement requests
and staffing requests and support in executing Operations activities. Perform
duties in accordance with Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) procedures and
standards.

Procedure Development and Maintenance
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Assist with updating and reformatting existing procedures.
* Assist with updating Computerized Procedure System (CPS) files to support electronic procedures.
* Track procedure changes during development and/or revision for input to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Assist with maintaining departmental and station schedules to ensure procedures and documents are delivered in a timely manner.
* Provide technical input to the revision of Operations Procedures to ensure timely updates and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Perform technical administrative activities as assigned to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
* Provide operations support for Plant Information System to enhance safety and efficiency of plant operations.

Training and Qualification
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Attend initial and requalification training to obtain/maintain the required technical knowledge level, skills, and proficiency for the Central Operations Group.
* Attend periodic workshops and seminars to maintain awareness of recent changes at BNPP.
* Assist in benchmarking missions with the goal of improving personal and departmental performance.
* Provide continuous improvement training feedback on program effectiveness.
* Maintain assigned training as current in the learning management system.

* Facilitate internal and external communications to build mutually beneficial working relationships.
* Support outage and/or the emergency response organization to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require temporary shift work and off hours support.
