Job Requirement:
The Restaurant Concierge is responsible for handling reservations, inquiries
and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner with the
highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
* Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, discounts, promotions and hours of operation.
* Handle all special reservations including VIP reservations, group bookings and packages according to the hotel standards. Ensure all booking details communicated properly with relevant venues.
* Handle sensitive guest data according to the Hotel Policies with high level of confidentiality.
* Communicate, greet, meet, approach and escort the guest in polite, professional and engaging manner.
* Promote F&B venues, special events, and Loyalty Program and The St. Regis Hotel rituals generally.
* Cascade information about F&B promotions to other departments, distribute flyers and other marketing materials.
* Maintain Loyalty Program by posting points and working towards the enrollment goal and other required responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
Bachelor degree required.
Experience:
Minimum six month of similar role or restaurant experience in the hotel
industry.
