The Officer - Human Capital Operations will be responsible for supporting in
various aspects related to human capital operations & services including but
not limited to:
* Administration of payroll and benefits
* Manage health and life insurance
* Handle exit process and clearance
* Liaise with manpower agencies
* Track the HC operational budget
* Maintain KPI dashboard
* Maintain a strong understanding of HC policies and procedures
* Maintain employee files and employee data in hardcopies and on Oracle ERP system
