Local Unit & Position Description:
* Managing the external and intercompany billing activities.
* Reviewing all invoices, credit memos to ensure accuracy and processing in a timely manner in accordance with the
applicable Chart of Authority.
* Leading cash flow improvement by effective AR & WiP monitoring / management.
* Timekeeping of Chargeable time of Inspectors.
* Payroll & Expenses processing of Inspectors at month-end
* Assist with Project profitability / trend analysis reports.
* Assist with month end closing.
* Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications

* Advanced Excel skills (Essential).
* Proven achievement and strong experience working
within a finance function (Essential).
* ERP experience: Oracle and Sales Force (Desirable).
* Prior experience of ‎3 - ‎5 years in similar roles

DNV Inspection is seeking an experienced Finance Excutive to work our
operation in Abu Dhabi.

Company and Business Area Description:
Invoicing, Credit Control, Payroll processing, Timekeeping, Month-end closing
and other Adhoc tasks as required.
This position will improve working capital management by ensuring timely
invoicing, collection of outstanding invoices,
prevention of bad debt provision and maintaining/adding efficiency to the
payroll process.
