* Engage with stakeholders with the purpose of identifying and defining requirements.
* Break down projects/work streams and time management for the internal team, while using specific project tools.
* Constantly updating the project's, vendor's, and user's need during the curse of the program.
* Oversee program and PMO documentation.
* Perform a risk analysis for the given projects.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree.
* Experience as a Project Coordinator.
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
* Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
* Experience with preparation and interpretation of flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
