Telecommunications [JSI].Team Leader - (220000MX)
* Insure and monitor the weekly duty roster, monthly attendance sheet and annual vacation plan for all GSE's as well as control their pending vacation and lieu days.
* Reviews standard task lists regularly and update them as when required.
* Regular update the digital phone book on the opera front office system.
* Carry out the by monthly and by yearly appraisals and maintain records
* Ensure that all operators report on duty on time and are all groomed.
* Carry out daily briefings and ensure that effective shift handovers are taking place.
* Listen consciously to the operator's taking calls, observing their tone of voice and if necessary take corrective action.
* Ensure that Wake up Calls is set correctly and punctually and that any failures are followed up.
* Ensure that all faxes (especially for guests) are collected by the concierge and delivered immediately and they are recorded properly
* Ensure that guest messages in Opera are typed correctly following the Jumeirah standard.
* Ensure that all operators are aware of the resort's fire, safety and emergency procedures.
4-5 years experience within Telephones department/Front Office role
* Excellent communication skills
