Bachelor degree in Engineering with preferably a certification in quantity
surveying from a recognized international organization (e.g. RICS). At least 4
- 6 years of quantity surveying experience in Middle East in a similar
organization preferably of landscaping, irrigation, mechanical and electrical
works.
Strong knowledge of developing estimations and quotations for various
projects. In-depth knowledge of the various measurement techniques and
estimation methodologies including. Thorough understanding of the different
material requirements. A good understanding of contract administration.
