Position: Graphic Designer (Full time #530028)
Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
* Develop master visual concepts in line with the internal creative brief and the campaigns' objectives
* Fulfill general design requests, art-working, supply of materials and day-to-day design needs
* Collaborate, brainstorm and provide graphic design support to various hotel departments
* Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, collateral, touch points, advertisements, brochures, signage and presentations
* Monitor the progress of all projects, providing continuous status updates
* Adhere to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's brand guidelines in all design projects
* Ensure that the corporate BCM manuals are kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate
* Supervise production of the hotel's internal and external collateral as per the brand's standards
* Source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers. Manage relationships with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality control at all times
* Co-ordinate the display and removal of all promotional materials within the hotel premises
* Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
Skills and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or any other design related education certification
* Solid knowledge of In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and interactive media production
* A solution oriented, collaborative, proactive individual with strong communication skills.
* A flexible and resilient approach with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and demanding environment.
