• Responsible to qualify the new materials by conducting the tests based on
the CQM and ISO Standards • Responsible for the performing the Laboratory
testing of current running jobs as per the CQM and ISO Standards • Responsible
to check the setup approval as per the Standard and customer requirements. •
Process inspection in each step of the production. • Follow and maintain the
standard requirements such as VISA, SAS, Master card, CQM and ISO standards..
• Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the
products and also has to make recommendation to the higher authorities. •
Responsible to assist in analyzing defect with production team by sharing the
previous history of test value. • Responsible for Dock Inspection before
delivery as per the sampling plan and released for Delivery. • Raise NCR for
any abnormality found and follow up. Qualification - Diploma, Degree or any
Engineering Preferred from Printing background - Mandatory from Card industry
