P &C Business Partner - Learning and Development
Introduction to the Job
At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty
that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for an experienced
P &C Business Partner for learning and development who can join our
multicultural team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job Purpose
Partner with the business to support the full spectrum of Learning &
Development activities from planning, communication, facilitation, monitoring
and evaluation of activities to ensure that learning and development goals are
met. Promote Learning culture by communicating and engaging the business on
learning opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
* Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies. Collate annual training plan by function.
* Work with line managers on development planning for staff.
* Support the learning requirements through collaboration with regional L&D team to source, develop and implement learning programmes that equip TechnipFMC employees with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
* Co-ordinate and communicate learning programmes to ensure there is awareness of availability of learning events and encourage attendance by relevant individuals.
* Co-ordinate and organize country level programmes and maintain records of learning activities, investments and vendors.
* Manage learning venues, co-ordinate attendees and re-charge as required.
* Follow-up on progress and gather feedback on learning activities with trainer and participants.
* Manage reporting and records - Manage the reporting for investment and records that enable managers to have an accurate understanding of learning activities.
* Manage the effective use of Learning Management System
* Support career and succession planning initiatives by tracking the development programmes/activities of succession candidates and emerging talent.
* Co-ordinate, conduct and facilitate induction programmes to enable new employees to become familiar with TechnipFMC's business, policies and culture.
* Compile and analyze data and prepare narrative and statistical reports of programme effectiveness. Manage the reporting and evaluating of learning programmes to enable manager and trainer to have an understanding of the effectiveness of activities.
* Ensure learning and development policies are updated and accessible fo all employee
* Support and track internal employee development programs (IDP, talking talents, mentorship, IDP) Support the implementation of career planning programmes, assignments, projects and company sponsored education in a systematic way, including putting in-place mechanism to gather feedback on progress and update of status.

Qualifications
* Recognized Bachelor Degree (preferred)
* Train the Trainer Certification (preferred)
Experience
* 5 - 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
Skills
* Presentation skills (excellent)
* Facilitation and training skills (excellent)
* Project management skills (foundational)
* Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* In-depth knowledge of training management and practices
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a team structure
* Ability to translate strategies into realistic implementation plans
