Duties & Responsibilities
Liaising with applicants and ensuring efficient and seamless processing of

Act as the point of escalation (to the Creative Visa Manager) for issues that
are faced in the process.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Interact with clients on the phone, internet and face to face in a
professional and efficient manner.
