Overview:
Seeking a M&A Associate with excellent organisational, communication and
teamwork skills to provide support the inorganic growth strategy of Presight
AI.

The opportunity

The M &A Associate will support the M&A Director on deal execution, post merge
integration and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

As a critical part of the M &A team, the successful candidate will be expected
to support the M&A Director to lead several work streams for live
transactions, including development of the financial model, creation of the
confidential information memorandum (for divestitures/partnerships),
coordination of the Q&A process, management of external consultants, and
negotiation of parts of the transaction documentation.

Support the Project Manager and other functions at our business and ensure the
smooth running of all operations of the business, including quality control
and assurance to ensure the business is complying with relevant ISO standards.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct research & analysis of
companies, sectors and macroeconomics; including modelling. The associate
should have strong deal execution capabilities including valuation and
drafting of investment memorandum.

The role will have excellent industry exposure in global emerging markets
under AI & Big Data Analytics sectors.

Market research & analysis covering macroeconomics, industry outlook and
company fundamentals
Create financial model (DCF, Comps, Replacement Valuation) to value businesses
Support M&A Director to prepare investment memorandum
Assist in synergy analysis and post merge integration
Ensure the smooth running of operations across the business
Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule management, along with
administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation
Provide further assistance and support as required by the M&A Director
Qualifications:
Skills & Attributes for Success
Proven relevant work experience of ‎2-‎3 years with Big ‎4 Valuation / Corporate
Finance / M&A Advisory / Private Equity Investment / Investment Banking /
Equity research /Macroeconomics
Demonstrated understanding of accounting knowledge
Experience in project coordination, from conception to delivery
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action
plans
Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Proven teamwork skills
CFA charter holder / CFA candidates preferred
Bachelor / master degree from reputable universities
