Position: Steward - Emirates Palace Catering (Full time #536653)
Property / Office: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and ensure smooth operation
* Controlling Breakage within department as well as utility cost or chemical cost
* Ensure smooth and efficient operations in assigned F&B back of the house
* Continually seek opportunities to develop self and colleagues
* Action any other duties as assigned by the Steward Supervisor / Shift Leader
* Provide best service and ensuring internal customer satisfaction
* Ensure to have sufficient cleaning supplies for the assigned task
* Following the policies and procedures of EPCO
* Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
* Working in enclosed and exposed to heat, chemicals, machinery, lifting and shifting
* Flexibility in working hours as per the business requirement
Requirements:
* Basic School Education
* At least 1 year experience in a similar English speaking work environment
* At least 1 year relevant experience in an Hotel or catering company
* Chemical Knowledge (preferred)
* English Speaking (Basic)
* Grooming Standards
* Good Communication Skills
* Basic Food Hygiene Training (preferred)
