* Any nationality fluent in Arabic language (Emirati dialect/accent), English and Urdu.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
* Answering incoming calls and e-mails and covering all inquiries related to the Company.
* Directing customers to the concerned department.
* Responsible for receiving complaints and follow-ups.
* Registering customers' complaints and observations on the CRM system in force.
* Commitment to the quality standards of call centers in force in the Emirate, courtesy, and good behavior.
