The Role
Position Title: Office Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to
5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well established provider of flexible
workspace solutions in the region Job Description: • Monitor boardroom,
meeting room, and studio bookings via Essensys. • Complete morning beverage
duties which include Arabic Coffee Station is set up, refill dates and tidy to
ensure immaculate presentation, check for missing supplies and all equipment
are working perfectly. • Accompany the Manager on minimum one daily walk and
take note of tasks to be fixed / improved to maintain standards. • Liaise with
Maintenance team and Cleaners to maintain the floor presentation at highest
level. • Provide great customer service, exceeding the client’s expectation –
efficient, accurate and helpful.
Requirements
Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or
Office Admin • With great admin skills and English communication skills • Must
