Job Summary.
Function as a Quality Inspector for the coating plants.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Check calibration, tests, quality processes and requirements, customer requirements and operational application and record results
* Perform visual inspection, measure the coating thickness, and record results
* Assist in the pipe tally and ensure that the measurements are correctly made and recorded
* Check conformity to SOP guidelines or customer specifications in all operational. Insure it is reported to QC Supervisor if any and assure corrective actions are implemented
* Develop Work Instruction as required
* Distribute Work Instruction accordingly
* Monitor production and inspection
* Monitor and requisition Gauges for calibration
* Control Re-processed pipes, spools, and fittings (NSC Reports - closing out)
* Provide inspection Support as required
* Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar work environment needed
* Coating experience is essential
* Diploma / College degree needed
