About the Role
To be part of day to day operations of the store while maintain quality
service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective customer service and assist customers throughout the day as per the standards and guidelines to promote sales.
* Responsible for preparing the section to trade before store opening as per standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Display the product based on FIFO and ensure that damaged or expired product are removed from the shelves.
* Coordinate in obtaining stock from the warehouse to the selling area and replenish stock as per the display guidelines.
* Maintain self-hygiene standards and adhere to the uniform policy.
* Ensure that waste/damaged goods are properly recorded for stock accuracy.
* Ensure that prices are accurate and clearly visible to the customer.
Required skills & Qualifications:
* At least intermediate or Graduate qualified
* Must be proficient to communicate in English
* Flexible and hardworking
