    Job Description: Summary: The 3D Modeling & Rendering Specialist will be
    responsible for creating realistic and visually appealing 3D models and
    renderings for architectural and engineering projects. They will work closely
    with project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into
    high-quality 3D visualizations. The specialist will utilize advanced software
    and techniques to bring designs to life and communicate project concepts
    effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models of architectural
    and engineering designs using specialized software and tools. Collaborate with
    architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements and
    translate them into accurate 3D representations. Create realistic renderings
    and visualizations that accurately depict materials, lighting, and textures.
    Apply knowledge of lighting, shading, and composition to enhance the visual
    impact of the 3D models and renderings. Ensure accuracy and precision in the
    dimensions, scale, and proportions of the 3D models. Make necessary
    adjustments and modifications to the 3D models based on feedback from project
    stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 3D
    modeling and rendering techniques. Optimize and render high-quality images and
    animations for presentations, marketing materials, and client reviews.
    Collaborate with the project team to ensure the timely delivery of 3D models
    and renderings within project deadlines. Maintain organized files and
    documentation related to the 3D modeling and rendering processes.
    Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in 3D
    modeling, rendering, and visualization using software such as Autodesk 3ds
    Max, SketchUp, or similar. Proficiency in creating realistic materials,
    textures, lighting, and shading effects. Strong attention to detail and
    ability to ensure accuracy in 3D models. Knowledge of architectural and
    engineering design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration
    skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
