Job Requirement:
The Electrician to operate, repair, maintain, control, monitor and record
overall Electrical equipment such as Main incoming distribution board, LVMDB
individual floor DB, all motor control centres, VFDs, PLCs, pumps control
panels, motors and pumps, ELV system, lighting and small power distribution
system etc. To make sure that all equipment and controls are in good working
condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Ensure all electrical distribution and power backup system are working properly
* Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
* Read technical diagrams and blueprints for trouble shooting.
* Perform general electrical maintenance.
* Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
* Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
* Circuit breaker preventive maintenance and testing.
* Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
* Good knowledge of various test equipment
* Attend daily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift
* Update daily performance and follow up in Log Book
* Follow the routine Preventive maintenance task activity and record accordingly
* All other related Electrician tasks and responsibilities
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
* Electrical diploma, high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience:
* Minimum of three (‎3) years working experience in Engineering Department of luxury hotel. More experience preferred.
