Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Intern to join our Buildings
team in the Middle East region, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As an Architectural Intern, you will be involved on a project and work towards
learning the shop drawing process and Project Management frameworks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to
making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
The Intern would also be engaged in the following works:
* Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
* Creating technical reports and presentations
* Familiarizing the self with construction drawings and project specifications and assisting with any necessary revisions.
* Shadowing and learning from experienced engineers
* Supporting engineering projects and initiatives
* Following industry standards and regulations
* Performing material take-offs, quantities and ordering when necessary
* Learning new software and programs related to their field
* Construction technology: they will be exposed to various types of equipment and technologies used in construction.
* Site safety: They will be taught how to maintain a safe work environment for everyone on the site. This includes identifying and addressing hazards, following safety procedures and protocols, and ensuring that all workers are trained in safety procedures.
* Quality assurance: They will learn about quality assurance processes that are critical in ensuring that the construction project meets the standards set by the client. They will learn how to identify defects, oversee inspections and testing, and report findings to relevant parties.

Qualifications:
* Must be studying or a graduate from a reputable University in UAE.
* Must have good communication skills
* Must have a Basic Engineering skills, Collaborative skills
* Proficient in Software's
* Must be in the UAE with a valid Visa and Insurance.
