Housekeeping Coordinator assigns rooms to Room Attendants and supports the
overall day-to-day efficiency of the Housekeeping Operation.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Housekeeping Coordinator needs to answer to all Housekeeping calls
facilitating the operating and administrative efficiency of the department.
The coordinator plays a vital role in terms of guest perception and internal
team organization.
Position requires great organizational skills as the person will need to lead
all room assignments and changes that are happening through reservation and
front office.
Candidates will need to have great interpersonal skill and build close
relationship with all departments of the hotel especially IRD and Engineering
department.
Organizing the Housekeeping office.
Assisting in payroll process
Stores and flower files & inventory to be updated
Following up Housemen duties and that all request are delivered on time
