RINA is currently recruiting for a Middle East Area Operations Management
Project Coordinator to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Energy
Procurement Solutions Division.
A great opportunity to join our RINA UAE Office. The successful candidate will
be supporting our team based in Abu Dhabi and contributing to the success of
our company.

Execution and managing of assigned Vendor Inspection assignments.
Review and approval of engineering documents and reports.
Communication with client and maintaining good relations.
Coordination with Clients, their contractors, Vendors and deputed RINA's
Inspectors.
Review of received CV's and selection w.r.t. inspection assignment
requirements.
Reporting to Manager Energy and submitting status report for overall progress
of assigned assignments.
Resolving technical and commercial issues related to assigned projects.
Planning and conducting monitoring visits for Inspectors deputed at site and
vendor works for assigned projects.
Maintaining all related RINA Inspection Management System updated on daily
basis with daily activities.
At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role preferably with a TPI
agency.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Technical Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 or BGAS, ASNT ll in NDT Techniques.
Must be flexible and able to multitask based on business needs while keeping
positive attitude.
A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in English Language, written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
