Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the Corporate
Communications activities and making sure that events, content, and
deliverables are successfully executed while maintaining a solid strategy
amongst all stakeholders, internally and externally, and complying with
TotalEnergies company standards, policies, and guidelines.
Play a key contributor role in supporting the VP Corporate Communication and
Societal in the following tasks and projects:
* Manage and ensure the complete execution of the company's external events such as but not limited to ADIPEC and WFES.
* Ensure that the distribution of information, including promotional materials, are in adherence with TotalEnergies group policies and branding guidelines.
* Oversee content production, development, and execution of high-quality corporate communications content across multiple channels for a variety of internal and external audiences including but not limited to the company website, brochures, newsletters, and publications.
* * Implement and evaluate the external communication and societal plan to drive engagement, alignment, and understanding of company strategies and priorities.
* Support the Corporate Communication and Societal team in the development and implementation of its strategy, brand awareness, and activities that target various stakeholders' including but not limited to local authorities, partners, and the general public.
* Perform other duties and obligations as assigned by the VP Corporate Communication and Societal
Context and environment
TotalEnergies UAE Services have an overall coordination role for the
corporate communication and Societal activities within the UAE. The Corporate
Communication and Societal (CCS) department is responsible for all
communications related to the TotalEnergies company corporate image in the
country, which carry the TotalEnergies brand (excluding products), and making
sure the company 's image and messages are consistent and harmonious. They
also provide a link between HQ and TotalEnergies UAE LBUs for relaying and
communicating matters such as policies, procedures, etc. The CCS team supports
the HR EP shared services in internal communications. in addition, the CCS
department is responsible for community engagement and philanthropic
initiatives, which aim to promote TotalEnergies' standing in the county. The
CCS teams uphold and promote TotalEnergies' Foundation pillars through its
participation and engagement with local agencies and societies all while
promoting local content. Both work with a range of external stakeholders and
partners, including local authorities and societies, whose objectives align
with the departments' strategy and activities.
Candidate profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications or equivalent. A master's degree is a plus
* 1 to 3 Years' experience in Communication and Conference organization in the Energy sector.
* Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. French is a plus.
* Professional charisma with strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Strong knowledge of the UAE.
* Ability in building, mentoring, and coaching a team.
* Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
